[ 15/05/2010; 8:00 pm; ] This years National Moth Night will be held on Saturday 15th May. The theme is bats and moths. More details can be found here. Meet at the end of Victoria Park way by the metal gates (by Rossi’s). Don’t forget to bring a torch and something to sit on, if you have a bat detector, please bring that [...] [...] Ten People turned up at the main gate at 20.15 to see what bats could be found over the lagoon site. Rebecca Tarry, senior ecologist with SLR Consulting, led the survey and distributed bat boxes to those who did not have them.
